spring fever

Nothing too exciting to report, but here's an update. Brantley and I had a small case of spring fever with the beautiful, sunny weather we had in Charlotte this past weekend. We went shopping, and I nabbed some bring spring-colored sweaters with the giftcard I had gotten for my birthday. And what girl can leave the mall without a new pair of shoes? :) Mine happen to be a cute pair of comfy flats. It was nice to give my wardrobe a small boost!

This morning I took Brantley and his friend Ryan to the airport. They're snowboarding in Salt Lake City for the week. While he's gone, I was thinking about decorating a wall in our home with a photo collage. But once I started thinking about all of the details, it became a little overwhelming. If I had endless funds and didn't have to work all week, I could probably decorate the whole house. Since I don't live in my dream world, I think I'm just going to order one large print in canvas. I'm crossing my fingers that it gets here by Friday, so Brantley will have a nice surprise.

This isn't the most recent picture of us, but it is definitely one of my all-time favorites! :)
