these are keepers!

On the weekends, Brantley and I try to make at least one out-of-the-ordinary meal, but this past weekend we tried a few new things.

The bananas certainly satisfied my sweet tooth without all of the guilt that comes along with having a dessert. Cinnamon, honey, & bananas-what's not to like?!

This Paleo-friendly fudge has a very strong almond butter flavor, which I like (but don't love).  Nonetheless, it was chocolately, rich, and delicious-just as fudge should be!

When you need a healthy sweet: Just five ingredients- coconut oil, cocoa powder, almond/peanut butter, honey, vanilla

Brantley and I agreed that this pizza would be a new staple for us.  How could you not love a pizza with a cream cheese "crust"?  Yum, yum!

All of these items followed my cooking rules-quick, simple, and healthy.  And better yet, all of them were absolutely scrumptious!  :)
