dessert skewers

Last weekend, Brantley and I got together with some great friends for a special party. I volunteered us to bring a sweet treat, and we decided on dessert skewers. The recipe called for churros, but those were difficult to find so we improvised with cream puffs. We took the easy way out with the chocolate-dipping. We used the microwavable baking chips, which was much easier than a double broiler. Simple and delicious! They were a hit!
