January-I joined.
February-B joined.
March-May-We were both completely absorbed and loving every second of it!
June-We took a break to rest our bodies, save some money, and enjoy our upcoming vacations, but we still enjoyed workouts at home and in the park.
July-continued with workouts on our own and visited a box where we joined my mom, brother, and sister-in-law for a few workouts
end of July-August-We're trying out a new box just a few minutes from home. I've also started training just a bit for my half marathon in November.
September-I'm moving (yet again) to another box to workout with one of my best buds. Can't wait to workout with her again! Brantley is going to workout at home and in the park. Gotta turn up the heat this month!
October-We're competing in our very first crossfit competition!!! Two of our friends and fellow crossfitters will join us for this one-day team competition, consisting of four workouts. Not sure how it works exactly, but we'll find out in just two short months! I'm super nervous about it already. I don't know that we're ready for such a feat, but at least we'll gain some experience. Not to mention that we'll be surrounded by beautiful scenery in Asheville, NC.
November-I'll be crossfitting and preparing for the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Savannah, GA. (B is along for the ride on this one. Ha!)
December-I'll continue crossfitting, but I'll tread lightly. My body will need/deserve a break!
