Brantley and I had plans to go camping this past weekend, but the weather didn't cooperate so we had to cancel. Instead, we went to the gym and ran our normal Saturday errands, and we were content knowing that we could have our s'mores and sleep beneath the stars another night. Late in the afternoon, I got an itch to try a few new recipes. Brantley decided on spicy lasagna roll ups, and we mutually agreed on oreo cheesecake cookies. Both were a success! :)
