The holidays are just around the corner, and the festivities have begun! On Friday, we had our staff holiday party, and I made pumpkin bars. They're basically pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing. Yum, yum! I hadn't made them before, and I was afraid that something would go wrong so while at the store, I also grabbed a pumpkin cookie mix...just in case! With Brantley's superb assistance, I made the bars and then decided to go ahead and bake the cookies as well. They both turned out so well! :)
