Yesterday afternoon I got home from my official last day of school (hooray!) and got an itch to cook a decent dinner for Brantley. I search through a few cookbooks and found two recipes that I could handle-chicken cacciatore and oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert. I decided to get marshmallow fluff and peanut butter to make the cookies into sandwiches. B reported that it was all very delicious! I'm so glad his palette is easy to please! :)
