Not long after Brantley and I got engaged, we decided that we'd have an informal engagement party. We knew our families and some of our friends couldn't come, but we still wanted to celebrate with our fellow Charlotters. So I sent out the fb invite, and we decided on a menu. After a few hours of cleaning and preparing the food and drinks, we were ready Saturday evening. Several of our closest friends joined us in celebration. We had tons of fun!!

I tried to get a photo with Amber, one of my best buds and bridesmaid, but that girl can't keep her eyes open! So wedding photo sessions should be interesting. I may have to glue her eyelids open!
