Brantley has been reading a book called The Cheat to Lost Diet, and we've been following the program as closely as possible. The best part about it-you get to completely indulge one day of the week. For us, that day is Saturday. So each week, we plan out our cheat meals for the day, which usually includes brunch and dinner. Our brunches have included pancakes with Reese's chips, breakfast burritos stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, and pancakes, Dunkin donuts, and our most recent delicious indulgence was a banana, cream cheese, and Nutella-stuffed croissant.
The croissants each had a layer of cream cheese and Nutella. The sliced bananas were mixed with brown sugar, then added to the croissants. The whole sandwich was dipped in an egg and sugar batter. It was then broiled like French toast. After that, each sandwich was topped with powered sugar. Our bellies couldn't quite handle as much as we thought, because they were so sweet. Absolutely delectable though!

Yeah, this is part of our diet! :)
